The memory foam gently adapts to your breasts, creating a smooth shape that moves with you rather than feeling rigid.

And if you love the comfort of Chantelle Norah, you'll love the same soft, buttery comfort fabric used in the band.

One more reason we love it? The straps can be crossed at the back, giving you extra versatility and support under different tops and dresses.

Our Fitting Tip

Comfort Chic has the same relaxed band fit as Chantelle Norah, but the cups are deeper.

Because of the deeper cup, we generally recommend sizing down in the cup from your usual Norah size.

For example, if you wear a 34E in Chantelle Norah, we would recommend trying a 34D in Comfort Chic.

If you prefer a snugger band, you can sister size to a 32E. Going from 34E to 32E gives you a smaller band while maintaining approximately the same cup volume as the 34D.

So, from a 34E Norah:

→ 34D Comfort Chic = same relaxed band, smaller cup
→ 32E Comfort Chic = snugger band, equivalent cup volume to 34D

We hope you love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied and wish to return your purchase, most items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. Our returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

All Figure does not offer refunds for any items but we will happily exchange or issue a store credit. Please be understanding when returning an item. A new bra might take a bit of getting used to. Our suggestion is to keep your tags on and wear the bra around your house to see if you like it. If you still don’t love it please contact us. 

For hygiene reasons underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery and shape wear are non-returnable and final sale. Promotional items, sale items and gift cards are final sale. 

We are happy to accept returns for items:

- Purchased within 14 days

- Are in like-new condition with tags

- Have not been altered or washed

- Have no stains and/or scent and are not damaged

- Have all original packaging

- With original receipt

Online purchases:

If you do decide to return your item please contact All Figure via email info@allfigure.ca or by phone 905-988-9888 within 14 days of delivery date. A photo of the garment may be requested to be sent via email for review.

We are committed to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 days. 

Most of our orders will be shipped out within a day of ordering but it is possible that some styles, sizes and colours may be out of stock, which will affect delivery time. We do not ship orders on the weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Please note that the website inventory may not accurately represent what is actually in stock. Therefore, there may be a delay in receiving your order.

FREE SHIPPING in Ontario/Quebec on orders $249 and over before tax. Anything under $249 will be charged a standard flat rate of $15 for shipping. 

FREE SHIPPING in Canada on orders $249 and over before tax. Anything under $249 will charged a standard flat rate of $20 for shipping. 

We do offer a free non-contact local delivery if your delivery destination is located within 20 km of All Figure's store location. Areas covered: St. Catharines, Thorold, Pelham, Fonthill, Welland, Lincoln, Beamsville, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

North America Shipping (USA)

There is a $25 CAD flat rate fee for all orders to the United States. (Local duties and taxes may apply). Your order is shipped via Canada Post and transferred to UPS or USPS across the border.
