Notice to Our U.S. Customers

We’re excited to ship to our US customers! Here’s what you need to know:

• Flat-Rate Shipping: All US orders ship for a flat rate of $28 USD

• Duties, Customs & Declaration: We handle all customs paperwork for you, so you don’t need to worry about anything. This means no surprise fees when your package arrives.
• Your order is shipped via Canada Post and transferred to UPS or USPS across the border.
• Enjoy hassle-free shopping from Canada—your price at checkout is the price you pay.

Notice to our Canadian Customers

• We are committed to ship your order as quickly as possible through Canada Post or UPS.
• Most of our orders will be shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays but it is possible that some styles, sizes and colours may be out of stock, which will affect delivery time.
• We do not ship orders on the weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Please note that the website inventory may not accurately represent what is actually in stock. Therefore, there may be a delay in receiving your order.

FREE SHIPPING in Ontario/Quebec on orders $249 and over before tax. Anything under $249 will be charged a standard flat rate of $15 for shipping. 

FREE SHIPPING in Canada on orders $249 and over before tax. Anything under $249 will charged a standard flat rate of $20 for shipping. 

Minimum order of $89 CAD is required for a free non-contact local delivery.

Must be located within 20 km of All Figure's store location. Areas covered: St. Catharines, Thorold, Pelham, Fonthill, Welland, Lincoln, Beamsville, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. 

Expected Shipping Time

• The Maritimes: 4-7 Business Days

• Ontario and Quebec: 2-3 Business Days

• Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3-5 Business Days

• BC and Alberta: 4-7 Business Days

• Territories:  6-7 Business Days
