Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied and wish to return your purchase, most items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. Our returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

All Figure does not offer refunds for any items but we will happily exchange or issue a store credit. Please be understanding when returning an item. A new bra might take a bit of getting used to. Our suggestion is to keep your tags on and wear the bra around your house to see if you like it. If you still don’t love it please contact us. 

For hygiene reasons underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery and shape wear are non-returnable and final sale. Promotional items, sale items and gift cards are final sale. 

We are happy to accept returns for items:

- Purchased within 14 days

- Are in like-new condition with tags

- Have not been altered or washed

- Have no stains and/or scent and are not damaged

- Have all original packaging

- With original receipt

Online purchases:

When it comes to bra styles, sizes differ from brand to brand. It is always best to have a proper bra fitting before making any online purchases. You can always reach out to us to help you with sizing and fit. We can also check your Customer Profile to make sure that you are ordering the correct size in each style. 

If you do decide to return your item please contact All Figure via email info@allfigure.ca or by phone 905-988-9888 within 14 days of delivery date. A photo of the garment may be requested to be sent via email for review.

All Figure is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during the shipment of item(s) you are returning. All Figure will assume shipping costs if we have erred in any way with regards to processing or shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost when returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your store credit or exchange.

We do not offer price matches or adjustments, including discount codes to orders after they have been placed.
