The Story of All Figure

All Figure Lingerie and Swimwear is an independent, mother-daughter owned boutique located in the heart of downtown St. Catharines. Founded by Iwona and Karina Nowysz, our doors opened on August 8, 2020, after we relocated from the GTA and unexpectedly fell in love with the warmth and charm of the Niagara community.

What started as a "happy accident" quickly evolved into a dedicated passion project—even as we navigated the wild unpredictability of launching during a global pandemic (definitely not part of our initial business plan!). For decades, the traditional lingerie industry has forced women into a highly restrictive "matrix" of standard sizes. If you fell outside that narrow range, your choices were slashed to unsupportive, clinical designs, or worse—poorly fitting bands that ride up and straps that dig in.

We knew there had to be a better way. At All Figure, we believe a perfectly engineered bra is more than an essential item; it shifts how you carry yourself, impacts your daily comfort, and completely transforms how your clothes drape.

Our boutique is built entirely on personalized, low-pressure service. We don’t guess, and we don’t use standard cookie-cutter fitting shortcuts. Instead, we provide custom structural sizing across an inclusive library of over 200 sizes, stocking band sizes up to 48 and cup sizes extending from A to O.
